I can't believe I haven't updated this blog in a while! Shame on me. I'll have to take some pictures at the gallery today and post them! There are new things coming in all the time!! Come and visit! I'm working from 2-7 on Friday Sept 11 and from 11-4 Saturday Sept 12. I'll be hanging this image today. It's Lake and Sky and a study for a larger piece that's in a show in Grand Rapids.

Kathleen Conover

Congratulations to Kathleen Conover on having a piece of her work featured in the July/August Artist's Magazine. It is a frozen crystal painting and it is part of an article by Lisa Cyr on innovative art techniques titled "join an Artistic Revolution". Her piece is on page 65.

Patti Sevensma

Patti Sevensma is our artist of the month for June. Her photos are amazing and her photo montages and nature collages combined with photography, like these shown here, are full of layers of mystery.

Fire and Water artists in Festival of the Arts

Mike Bryant, Bonnie Osborne, Marylu Dykstra, Patti Sevensma and Deidre Wingelaar are Fire and Water artists who have work in The GR Festival of the Arts.

Deidre won a Water Media Art award for her piece Autumn Glory.
