Kathleen Conover- artist of the month

This month we are pleased to present Kathleen Conover as the artist of the month of May. The gallery offers original art, giclee prints (with high quality archival ink) and sets of notecards by this wonderful northern Michigan artist. She has been a teacher and an inspiration to many of the Fire and Water artists. She has just returned from a trip to Ireland and we look forward to seeing the art this trip inspired!

Kathleen will have work featured in the new publication from Northlight Books, ART Revolution: Alternative Approaches fro Fine Artists and Illustrators by Lisa L. Cyr

video- not great but you get the idea!

These are my beginning forays into video. I just found out my digital can take movies. They are a little primitive but you can get an idea of the flow of the space at Fire and Water ART! The last two feature our fearless leader and her wonderful paintings, working on some of the mundane details of being an artist. I'll have to video her painting process sometime!
